• Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to inform compensation decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors software for managing employee benefits programs.
• Proven track record of developing effective variable pay plans that drive business outcomes.
