SAP ServiceNow Architect

For Initial 6 months you will be working with Protiviti, after 6 months you will be working directly with our client RHI Magnesita.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAPServiceNow Architect to design, integrate, and optimize solutions across SAP systems and the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for defining architecture, ensuring seamless integration, and aligning IT service management (ITSM) processes with SAP business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end architecture integrating SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.) with ServiceNow platform
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions
• Develop architectural roadmaps aligned with enterprise IT strategy

Integration & Development

• Lead integration using APIs, middleware, REST/SOAP, SAP PI/PO, CPI, or Integration Hub (ServiceNow)
• Implement event-driven and real-time integrations between SAP and ServiceNow modules
• Ensure smooth data exchange across systems (incidents, changes, asset data, CMDB, etc.)

ServiceNow Platform Management

• Architect solutions across ServiceNow modules such as: 
• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• SecOps
• Customize workflows, catalog items, and automation within ServiceNow

SAP System Expertise

• Understand SAP modules such as: 
• FI/CO
• MM
• SD
• PM
• HCM
• Align SAP business processes with IT service management workflows

Governance & Best Practices

• Define integration and architecture standards
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and audit requirements
• Establish documentation, templates, and reusable architecture patterns

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and ITSM teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with: 
• Strong background in SAP architecture
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation/architecture
• Proven experience in enterprise integration projects

Technical Skills

• SAP: S/4HANA, ECC, SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
• ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integration Hub
• Integration tools: 
• SAP CPI / PI/PO
• REST APIs, SOAP web services
• Middleware platforms
• Scripting: JavaScript (ServiceNow), ABAP (preferred)

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• SAP Certified Solution Architect or relevant SAP certifications
