SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Service Management solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in service order management, warranty management, customer service processes, notifications, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP Service Management solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SM functionalities including:
• Service Notifications
• Service Orders
• Warranty Management
• Repair Processes
• Service Contracts
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and customize SAP Service Management processes as per business needs.
• Integrate SAP SM with modules such as:
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• SAP CS (Customer Service)
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and user training.
• Handle production support issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of SAP Service Management experience.
• Strong configuration experience in SAP SM/CS.
• Knowledge of Service Contracts, Service Orders, Notifications, and Warranty processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Management is preferred.
• Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, PM, and FI modules.
• Experience in support, implementation, or migration projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
