We are hiring an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager for a leading global software solutions company serving enterprise customers across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Managed Services
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, service quality, and operational performance
- Act as the primary customer interface and escalation point
- Lead service governance, operational reviews, and executive reporting
- Manage globally distributed SAP functional and technical teams
- Drive SAP production support, enhancements, and service transition
- Manage resource planning, capacity, utilization, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
- Support financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and account growth

Must-Have Experience:
- 10 - 12 years of IT experience
- 8+ years managing SAP Managed Services / Application Support / Service Delivery
- Experience handling large enterprise customers
- Strong SLA & KPI management experience
- SAP production support and service transition experience
- Global cross-functional team leadership
- Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management
- Experience in resource, capacity, demand, risk, and vendor management
