Your Role
- SAP Service Delivery Leadership Lead SAP AMS engagements with ownership of service delivery, client management, and governance.
- Program & Operations Management Manage program planning, issue/risk resolution, budgets, P&L, financial reporting, and delivery milestones.
- Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, ensuring stakeholder alignment and service excellence.
- Agile Team Leadership Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor team members, and drive successful project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Transformation & Continuous Improvement Drive automation, operational efficiency, quality controls, process improvements, and SAP transformation initiatives.
Your Profile
- Overall Experience 9-12 Years needed.
- SAP Techno-Functional Expertise Strong hands-on experience in SAP modules with ECC and S/4HANA exposure.
- SAP AMS & ITSM Experience Minimum 5 years in SAP Application Management, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Delivery & Financial Management Experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, SOW creation, financial reporting, risk management, and program governance.
- Leadership & Agile Practices Proven experience leading teams, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery; PMP/ITIL preferred, Scrum Master desirable.
- Automation & Service Excellence Experience driving automation, transformation programs, operational improvements, and working with ServiceNow/ITSM tools.
