SAP Senior Functional Analyst - IBP

Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ideally with exposure to Order based planning (Supply & Response). The role requires strong capabilities in collaborating with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, designing and configuring scalable IBP solutions, and owning deployment and operational management, with a deep interest in Supply chain solutions.

Experience Required

• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP IBP Implementation, with minimum of 2 years in Order Based planning.

Critical Skills Required

• Technical Expertise: knowledge of SAP IBP Response & Supply, particularly Order-Based Planning (OBP), as well as proficiency in integration tools like CPI-DS.
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain concepts such as capacity planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Project Experience: Demonstrated experience with at least one full life cycle SAP IBP implementation.
• Preferred to have excellent Communication Skills

Job Duties

• Translate business needs into system scope, design, and functional solutions
• Drive full lifecycle delivery: analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Manage IBP configurations and ongoing enhancements
• Drive project execution covering scope, plan, risks, resources, and delivery
• Mentor developers and ensure consistent development methodologies
• Document key processes, milestones, and solution designs
• Educating stakeholders on IBP workflows, business processes, and reporting
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, timelines, and ambiguity
• Leverage Agile practices and tools such as Azure DevOps and MS Project

Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 3 year related experience.
