SAP Security & GRC

SAP Security & GRC will support clients in addressing SAP application security risks, designing secure SAP environments, and implementing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The role requires strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, S/4HANA, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and ERP security best practices.

The consultant will lead project activities, manage client relationships, identify security risks, ensure quality delivery, and contribute to proposal development, team management, and practice-level training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Application Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and SAP S/4HANA security.
• Lead SAP Security assessments, solution design, implementation, testing, and remediation activities across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Advise clients on SAP security architecture, role design, access management, and ERP security best practices.
• Design, implement, and test automated and manual security controls, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Identify potential security risks and proactively communicate issues and mitigation plans to project leadership.
• Manage project planning, execution, deliverables, timelines, and quality assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement through regular client and internal stakeholder discussions.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to proposal development, practice management, team training, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Required Qualifications

• 57 years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle SAP Security assessments, design, implementation, and testing across SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control modules and SoD risk analysis.
• Experience in SAP security role design, access provisioning, authorization concepts, and control frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement automated and manual security controls.
• Understanding of ERP security leading practices and risk remediation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
