Experience: 9+ Years

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Experience in SAP SD integration with FICO, PTP/MM, and CS modules.
• Knowledge of SD Billing, Contracts, and Master Data management.
• Hands-on experience with Equipment Master, Install Base, and Warranty processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot IDocs, AIF errors, and interface issues.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Incident Management tools and processes.
• Basic SAP ABAP knowledge.
• Understanding of integrations with non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Change Management processes.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation/support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for OTC processes.
• Configure and support SAP SD solutions.
• Work on integrations with FICO, MM/PTP, and CS modules.
• Manage billing, contracts, master data, and warranty-related activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface, IDoc, and application issues.
• Support testing, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong knowledge of OTC processes and SAP integrations.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SAP support, implementation, or enhancement projects.
