SAP SD R2S Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD/R2S solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD modules, including:
• Customer Master Data
• Material Master Data
• Sales Order Processing
• Delivery Processing
• Shipping & Transportation
• Billing & Invoicing
• Returns Management
• Credit Management
• Drive end-to-end R2S process implementation from sales order creation through delivery and billing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Integrate SAP SD with:
• MM (Materials Management)
• WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)
• TM (Transportation Management)
• FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
• GTS (Global Trade Services), where applicable
• Conduct system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
