Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary and proactive SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to drive complex Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, warehouse execution, cross-functional integrations, and system enhancements for our enterprise clients.

As Hexad expands its capabilities, we are looking for candidates who either have strong hands-on experience in EWM or possess a solid conceptual understanding of the module with a strong willingness to cross-train and upskill post-joining.

Operating within a globally distributed 24x5 shift model, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical execution, leveraging your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Fiori, EWM integrations, and ABAP debugging to ensure seamless continuous operations (SAP AMS Functional Support).

Core Responsibilities

1. System Configuration & Functional Design (SAP SD)

• End-to-End OTC Management: Design, configure, and maintain core SAP SD functionalities, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing Procedures, Copy Controls, and Account Determination.
• Output Management: Configure and support advanced output management systems, including Smart Forms, SAPscripts, and Adobe Forms for custom invoice layouts, order confirmations, and delivery notes.
• Modern User Experience: Lead the functional configuration and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications, streamlining end-user navigation and troubleshooting related functional issues.

2. Warehouse Management Execution (SAP EWM)

• EWM Configuration: Support and configure SAP EWM processes, including inbound and outbound deliveries, goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, staging, and goods issue.
• System Optimization: Troubleshoot warehouse execution, delivery distribution, qRFC queues, and PPF (Post Processing Framework) actions.
• Continuous Learning: Actively engage in self-driven and company-supported training to master EWM configurations and processes if joining with foundational knowledge.

3. Cross-Module & Third-Party Integration

• Inter-Module Orchestration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between SAP SD, SAP EWM, and adjacent modules, specifically Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Finance (FI/CO).
• Complex Interfacing: Manage third-party integrations using EDI/IDocs, APIs, RFCs, ALE configurations, and middleware. Oversee inbound/outbound data exchanges, monitor error logs, and ensure seamless communication with external partners.

4. Technical Collaboration & AMS Support

• Technical Fluency (ABAP): Write comprehensive Functional Specifications (FS) for custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms (RICEF).
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Actively debug ABAP code to identify root causes of system issues, working closely with technical teams to implement User Exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, and Enhancement Spots.
• Global Operations Support: Provide robust incident management, root-cause analysis, and operational support within a 24x5 shift model, adhering to strict SLAs during implementations, rollouts, hypercare, and ongoing production support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, with active experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS) and production support.
• EWM Competency: Hands-on experience in SAP EWM is highly preferred. However, candidates with strong SD expertise, working knowledge of EWM, and a proven readiness to undergo on-the-job training to master EWM will be strongly considered.
• Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in reading and debugging ABAP code. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Operational Readiness: Willingness and ability to work in a rotating 24x5 shift model to support Hexad's global business units.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Active SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution, EWM, or SAP S/4HANA Sales.
• System Experience: Familiarity with SAP Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM in an S/4HANA environment.
• Advanced Tech Skills: Familiarity with SAP BRF+ (Business Rule Framework), Advanced ATP (aATP), or modern API integrations (OData, REST).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving capabilities, an agile mindset, and a proven track record of managing global business stakeholders effectively.
