Role Summary
Provide order-to-cash and receivables support across SAP SD, FI-AR, EDI/iDocs and connected applications.
Must-have Skills - Customer master, sales orders, pricing, credit and billing
- FI-AR integration and order-to-cash processes
- EDI and iDoc functional troubleshooting
- Esker/downstream integration exposure
- Production support and minor enhancements
- Resolve order-to-cash incidents and requests
- Investigate billing, pricing, credit and interface failures
- Coordinate with ABAP and integration resources
- Support data corrections and feed changes
- Perform testing and release validation
- Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
- Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
- Strong written and verbal communication with business users, Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
- Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
- Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
- Ability to support P1 business-process incidents affecting ordering, billing or receivables.
- Strong business-user communication and cross-system troubleshooting.

Provide senior L3 SAP ABAP support for defects, technical troubleshooting and approved minor changes across SAP ECC.
