Job Summary

TCS is seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with 5-9 +years of experience in SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD solutions, working closely with business users to optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD modules including Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Configure pricing procedures, output determination, partner determination, and copy controls.
• Work on sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, consignment, and third-party processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams involving SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM.
• Support integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Analyze and resolve production support issues within SLA timelines.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
