SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with strong expertise in service management processes, customer support operations, and SAP Customer Service module configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP CS solutions integrated with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer service processes.
• Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including:
• Service Notifications
• Service Orders
• Service Contracts
• Warranty Management
• Repair and Returns Processing
• Design and implement end-to-end customer service solutions in SAP.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand service operations and recommend best practices.
• Integrate SAP CS with:
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams during enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.
• Provide end-user training and create process documentation.
• Support incident resolution and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS module.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Service Notifications

• Installed Base Management
• Equipment Master
• Functional Locations
• Service Contracts
• Warranty Claims Management
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of customer service and after-sales service processes.
• Knowledge of integration with SD, PM, MM, and FI modules.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, support, or migration projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
