Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery processes, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
• Customer Master Data
• Sales Order Management
• Delivery Processing
• Billing & Invoicing
• Pricing Procedures
• Credit Management
• Returns & Refund Processes
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS projects.
• Coordinate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct UAT, integration testing, and end-user training.
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure smooth integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD.
• Strong experience in:
• Sales Order Processing (OTC Cycle)
• Pricing Configuration
• Shipping & Transportation
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit Management
• Customer Master Data
• Output Determination
• Partner Determination
• Copy Controls
• Availability Check (ATP)
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, and WM.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in support, implementation, or rollout projects.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with EDI/IDOC interfaces.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM or GTS is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline .
