Role & responsibilities
E Invoicing Expert (SAP SD, DRC Mandatory)
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SAP Consulting• knowledge in SD, specifically in billing and invoicing processes
• Strong in SAP EDI standards, specifically SAP Idoc Inbound / Outbound configuration, processing and monitoring
• Knowledgeable in message and output management configuration in SAP, such as NACE or BRF+
• Must be able to handle transport requests in different transport management systems in SAP
• Design and implement SAP DRC e invoicing solutions across S/4HANA
• Configure eDocument framework (XML, validation, country formats)
• Ensure compliance with global and country-specific regulations (PEPPOL, XRechnung, etc.)
• Integrate SAP DRC with SAP BTP, tax authorities, and external networks
• Manage end-to-end e invoicing lifecycle (creation validation submission monitoring)
• Monitor invoices using DRC cockpit and handle exceptions/rejections
• Collaborate with FI, SD, BASIS teams for implementation and support
• Support global rollouts,
