SAP SD Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting our SAP Sales and Distribution module. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules to optimise our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Responsibilities:

• SAP SD Configuration: Perform full-lifecycle configuration of the SAP SD module, including sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, and delivery and billing types.
• Pricing and Taxation: Design and maintain complex pricing procedures using the SAP Condition Technique. Configure taxation rules, discounts, freight charges, and automatic account determination for seamless finance posting.
• Logistics Execution: Configure shipping, delivery processing, picking, packing, and Goods Issue (PGI) workflows.
• Credit and Financial Risk: Manage and configure Credit Management settings to control financial exposure and customer credit limits.
• Billing and Invoicing: Set up billing processes, including standard invoicing, milestone billing, periodic billing, intercompany billing, and rebate processing.
• Cross-Module Integration: Drive and maintain robust SD integration with upstream and downstream modules, specifically SAP MM (Materials Management) for inventory/procurement and SAP PP (Production Planning) for manufacturing timelines and availability checks (ATP).
• Export Control (Preferred): Utilise knowledge of Export Processes, international trade, and foreign trade data customisation to support global shipping requirements.
• Support and Documentation: Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW), execute testing (UAT), and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant (S/4HANA experience preferred).
• Core Technical Expertise: Strong command over SAP SPRO configuration for Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.
• Integration Knowledge: Proven experience handling transactional data flow between SD-MM and SD-PP.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills to translate complex commercial business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
