SAP SD Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP SD Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, configuration, testing, production support, and business requirements. The candidate should have a good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and be comfortable working with business users and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain SAP SD business processes, primarily Order-to-Cash (OTC).
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions in SAP SD.
- Perform configuration in areas such as sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, copy control, output determination, and basic account determination.
- Support customer, material, pricing, shipping, and sales-related master data processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Investigate and resolve production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant technical and functional teams.
- Support interfaces and integrations between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, FI, and WM/EWM.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, process documents, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities as required.

Must-Have Skills:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Good understanding of the SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
- Working knowledge of sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and output determination.
- Basic understanding of SD integration with MM and FI.
- Experience in requirement analysis, functional testing, issue resolution, and documentation.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional and technical teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD.
- Knowledge of Stock Transport Orders (STO), intercompany/interplant processes, and shipping processes.
- Exposure to EDI, IDocs, interfaces, forms, and output management.
- Basic understanding of SAP LE/WM/EWM integration.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA business processes.
- SAP SD certification or relevant SAP training.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant SAP SD consulting/support experience.
- Willingness to work from the Vadodara office on an on-site basis.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new SAP processes and technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
