Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support and enhance SAP Sales and Distribution processes. The candidate should have strong expertise in order-to-cash (O2C) processes, sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM, and PP.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities including:
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing & Condition Technique
• Delivery & Shipping
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit Management
• Returns Process
• Output Determination
• Partner Determination
• Availability Check (ATP)
• Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM).

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD module configuration and support.

• Pricing Procedures
• Billing and Invoice Processing
• Shipping and Transportation
• Returns and Credit Management
• Intercompany Sales
• Third-Party Sales
• Export Sales Process
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities.
• Experience in interfaces with SAP MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.
• Understanding of IDocs, EDI, and integration concepts.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• SAP SD Certification is preferred.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Experience in support, rollout, migration, or upgrade projects.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification.
• Knowledge of SAP GTS, SAP TM, or SAP CRM.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with integration platforms and third-party systems.
