Role & responsibilities

Design, improve and implement robust and controlled business process solutions for Operations functions utilizing SAP and supporting systems to ensure effective integration with other business functions and applications.

• Strong Development Skill Set in SAP SD Module in Order Obtaining process, O2C, SAP Credit Management , SAP Order Management , Billing Management , Pricing Procedure , Taxation , execution , Delivery , picking , Packing process . Consignment process and rebate processing.Third party process , Special Billing process, Schemes , Rebates, Parts Management , Logistics
• Strong Knowledge in Preparing RAD, Functional Spec, Test cases. User Manual etc
• in working on Change Request extensively.
• Can manage complex process customizations as per business requirement.
• Experience of working on automation use cases would added advantage.
• Experience working on Support Projects and understanding of ticket management and closure

Using a ticketing tool.

• Understanding of L1/L2/L3 ticket categorization.

Experience

Required Skills:

• Min 6 years of SAP ECC & S/4 HANA functional consulting experience preferably latest version.
• Preferred working experience in Cement Industry projects
• Experience of working with ABAP team for custom requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
