Position Summary

We are looking for an SAP SD Consultant with 3-4 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) to support and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, support, testing, and integration with cross-functional modules.

Experience in supporting global SAP environments and working with business users across different regions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP SD processes and configurations in production and project environments.
• Analyze and resolve day-to-day SAP SD issues related to Order-to-Cash processes.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.
• Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD enhancements.
• Support integration between SAP SD and other modules such as FI, MM, and PP.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
• Create and maintain process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer for process changes and system enhancements.

Education

Required Experience & Skills

SAP Functional Skills

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Experience in configuration and support of:
• Sales Orders
• Deliveries
• Billing
• Pricing
• Output Determination
• Understanding of integration between SAP SD and:
• FI/CO
• MM
• PP
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of EDI/IDoc processing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of account determination and SD-FI integration.
• Understanding of inventory movement processes related to sales and distribution.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP developers for enhancements.
• Exposure to SAP testing methodologies, defect management, and change management processes.
• Experience in production support and incident resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sales.
• Experience working in global support environments.
• Understanding of EU/NA business processes and taxation concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Sales & Distribution.
• Participation in at least one SAP implementation or rollout project.
