Role & responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Expertise in:
• Order Management
• Shipping & Transportation
• Billing
• Pricing & Rebates
• Output Determination
• Credit Management
• Returns Processing
• Intercompany Sales
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience with integration between SAP SD and:
• MM
• FI
• PP
• WM/EWM
• TM
• Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS), conducting testing, and supporting developments.
• Strong understanding of master data management (Customer, Material, Pricing).
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
