About this role
Experience Requirements:
- Total experience of 12-14 years.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) experience.
- Experience in at least 3 full-cycle end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Minimum 5 years of domain/business process experience in Sales, Order Management, Distribution, Logistics, or related functions.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and support, including:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Pricing and Billing
- Shipping and Transportation
- Credit Management
- Returns and Rebates
- Master Data Management & migration
- Experience in integration with SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales processes and migration/conversion projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities.
- Experience in stakeholder management, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
