Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and improving SAP SD solutions. They should also be comfortable using AI tools and copilots to improve requirement analysis, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and overall productivity.

The role involves integrating AI-enabled capabilities into SAP SD processes wherever required to improve business efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

SAP SD Functional & Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and improve SAP SD processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Returns, and Refunds.
• Handle end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.
• Work with customer, material, pricing, and credit master data.
• Handle IDocs, outputs, and SAP SD troubleshooting.

AI-Assisted Productivity

• Use AI copilots and AI-enabled tools for requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Use AI tools to validate pricing logic, generate test cases, and prepare functional and technical documents.
• Apply AI tools for impact analysis, test planning, and issue resolution.
• Integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD workflows, such as billing exception detection and intelligent order classification.
• Use LLM-assisted troubleshooting to improve issue resolution time.

Governance & Collaboration

• Follow SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and process improvement discussions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, and technical teams.
• Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD).
• Good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience in Order Management, ATP, Pricing Procedures, Shipping, Billing, and Credit Management.
• Knowledge of SAP SD/FI and SD/MM integrations.
• Experience with master data, IDocs, outputs, and SAP SD troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with AI copilots and AI-assisted tools for documentation, testing, and analysis.
• Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions.

Good to Have Skills

• SAP SD Certification (S/4HANA Sales).
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of EDI/IDoc integrations and middleware such as SAP CPI/Boomi.
• Experience with CRM systems and automation testing tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
