Senior SAP SD EDI Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP SD EDI Specialist with 8–12 years of SAP SD experience and strong hands-on expertise in EDI integrations, IDocs, trading partner onboarding, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
The role is highly execution and delivery focused, responsible for SAP SD-side EDI configuration, build, testing, troubleshooting, partner onboarding, cutover, and go-live support. This is not an architecture or people-management role.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD EDI Configuration & Build
- Own end-to-end SAP SD EDI configuration, development coordination, testing, and deployment activities.
- Configure and maintain EDI partner profiles, message control, IDoc types, and SAP SD EDI settings.
- Support inbound and outbound EDI transactions using IDocs and APIs.
- Ensure accurate processing and posting of Sales Orders, Deliveries, PGI, and Billing Documents.
EDI Transaction Types
- 850 – Inbound Sales Order
- 855 – Outbound Order Acknowledgment
- 856 – Outbound Advance Ship Notice (ASN)
- 810 – Outbound Invoice
- Experience with carrier-related EDI transactions such as 214, 219, and 220 is preferred.
