Summary:

Looking for a dynamic, experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our Enterprise Performance team. In this role, you will help our clients navigate large-scale digital transformations, optimizing their Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and modernizing core business operations using SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable solutions that bridge business needs with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Participate in all phases of project lifecycles (Blueprint/Explore, Realization, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live/Hypercare).

• Workshop Facilitation: Lead business requirement-gathering sessions and design workshops with client stakeholders to map out current processes and build future-state SAP SD solutions.

• Hands-on Configuration: Configure core SAP SD modules including Sales Order Management, Pricing and Condition Technique, Deliveries, Transportation/Shipping, Billing, and Credit Management.

• Integration & Testing: Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Fiori, Basis) and cross-functional modules (MM, FI/CO, EWM, TM) to ensure seamless integration. Write functional specifications and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Documentation & Training: Prepare configuration documents, training manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for end-users.

• Mentorship: Guide junior team members and coordinate with global delivery teams (onsite/offshore).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Experience:

o 3 to 6 years of hands-on consulting or industry experience specializing in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

o Proven experience working on at least 1–2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield).

o Hands-on implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Technical Skills:

o Strong mastery of SAP SD configuration (Master Data, Pricing, Sales Documents, Shipping, Billing).

o Familiarity with EDI/IDoc integration and cross-module integration (MM, FI/CO).

• Soft Skills:

o Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.

o Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business users.

o Willingness to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
