Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design Implementation
- Gather and analyze business requirements for planning and budgeting processes.
- Design SAC Planning models, stories, and data actions to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Integrate SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources (e.g., S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BPC).
- Configuration Development
- Configure SAC planning functionalities including dimensions, measures, hierarchies, and versions.
- Develop advanced calculations, allocations, and predictive forecasting features in SAC.
- Optimize planning models for performance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with finance, operations, and business teams to translate business needs into SAC solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Support Continuous Improvement
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
- Recommend improvements and innovations leveraging SAC features and roadmap.

Required Skills Qualifications
- Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of planning processes (FPA, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation).
- Experience in data modeling, data actions, allocations, and predictive capabilities in SAC.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP s/4hana, BW/4HANA, or BPC.
- Functional Skills
- Excellent understanding of financial planning analysis processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Other Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant SAP experience, with at least 2 years in SAC Planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SAC certification is a plus.
