SAP S/4HANA Security Consultant

Role Overview

Lead SAP Security across S/4HANA, Fiori, BI/BW, SAP GRC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, cloud/hybrid systems, and third party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead S/4HANA Security & Authorization, including PFCG, role design, user administration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage security across Fiori, BI/BW, GRC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and integrated third party systems.
• Work with BASIS and Integration teams on RFCs, APIs, interfaces, technical users, SSO, and authentication.
• Own AMS/production support, including incidents, requests, changes, escalations, SLA/aging tickets, and RCA.
• Lead SAP DR drills, including pre/post DR validation of users, roles, Fiori, interfaces, and connectivity.
• Support SoD, audits, access reviews, compliance, and security remediation.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate with BASIS, Functional, Integration, Infrastructure, and third party teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands on SAP S/4HANA Security & Authorization.
• Excellent knowledge of PFCG, SU01, SU10, SU53, SUIM, STAUTHTRACE/ST01.
• Strong Fiori/Gateway and SAP GRC Access Control experience.
• Experience with BI/BW, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third party integrations.
• Good understanding of BASIS, RFC, APIs, interfaces, SSO, and authentication.
• Experience in cloud/hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Mandatory AMS/production support and ticket handling experience.
• Hands on SAP DR Drill/BCP experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
