SAP S/4HANA SD - GTS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD - GTS Consultant with 6-8 years of strong experience in SAP Sales & Distribution and Global Trade Services (GTS), along with proven experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD and GTS implementation projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD/GTS functional solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and shipping.
• Design and implement SAP GTS solutions covering trade compliance and international trade processes.
• Configure and support Compliance Management, including sanctioned party screening and embargo checks.
• Configure and support Customs Management and relevant import/export processes.
• Work on Legal Control, export control, and compliance-related requirements.
• Configure and support Preference Management and related trade preference processes.
• Integrate SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA SD/MM and other relevant business applications.
• Work on master data integration including customers, vendors/business partners, materials, products, and trade-related data.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, compliance checks, and trade processes.
• Define functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
• Coordinate with ABAP, CPI/integration, middleware, and technical teams for development activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, CRP, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Support data migration, configuration transport, and deployment activities.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot critical production issues.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of functional issues.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with applicable trade regulations, business controls, and organizational standards.
• Participate in solution design, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of SAP SD/GTS functional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in at least one or more end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS implementation and configuration.

• Strong experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

• Experience with SAP GTS Edition for SAP HANA / SAP GTS on S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementation and migration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services, Customs, Compliance, and Legal Control.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and S/4HANA business processes.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, and integration technologies is preferred.
• Understanding of international trade regulations and global trade processes.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Experience working with global/multinational organizations and distributed teams.
• Experience with multiple countries, legal entities, and complex global trade scenarios is preferred.
