Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA QE Architect with strong expertise in SAP testing, test automation, and automation framework design. The candidate will be responsible for defining testing strategies, improving automation coverage, and supporting release and deployment testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define testing strategies and automation approaches for SAP S/4HANA applications.
• Plan and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and deployment testing.
• Develop reusable automation for SAP Fiori and web-based SAP applications.
• Build scalable automation across multiple store configurations, locations, test data, and business roles.
• Work with Tricentis Tosca or Playwright for SAP test automation.
• Support automation framework design, test case generation, script creation, failure analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, coverage reports, and release-readiness dashboards.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Guide automation engineers and review test scripts and results.
• Explore AI-assisted automation using MCP, LLMs, Claude Skills, or similar technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and business processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori or web-based SAP applications.
• Hands-on automation experience in Tricentis Tosca or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, test design, regression testing, defect management, and test reporting.
• Understanding of reusable automation frameworks, test data management, and integration testing.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with both Tricentis Tosca and Playwright.
• SAP GUI automation.
• UiPath, qTest, or other test management tools.
• MCP, Claude Skills, LLMs, or agentic AI automation.
• API testing, CI/CD, Git, and automated dashboards.
• SAP security, role-based testing, change-impact analysis, and self-healing automation.
• SAP workstream knowledge: OTC, RTR, VIM, SAC, STP, Warehouse, TM, Production, Supply Chain Planning, Basis, Security, Integrations, or MDG.
• Experience with store configuration, multi-location deployments, deployment waves, and release validation.
