Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR & Payroll Consultant with 6+ years of expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll implementations, support, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in core HR processes, payroll configuration, statutory compliance, and migration from SAP ECC HCM to SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM HR and Payroll solutions.
• Gather business requirements and design end-to-end HR and payroll processes.
• Configure Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll modules.
• Execute payroll processing, payroll schema configuration, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Support payroll integrations with third-party systems, banking interfaces, and tax authorities.
• Perform payroll reconciliation, wage type configuration, and payroll validations.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, and statutory requirements.

• Knowledge of payroll integrations and interfaces.
• Experience in payroll processing, tax calculations, and statutory compliance.
• Understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HCM or SAP Payroll Certification.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications for HR.
• Experience in global payroll implementations and support projects.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration.
