SAP S/4HANA FICO Management Accounting Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and delivery for SAP S/4HANA FICO Management Accounting processes.
• Configure and support core Controlling functions including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Define and validate integrations between Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, procurement, sales, manufacturing, and other business processes.
• Manage functional specifications, solution documentation, test scenarios, defect resolution, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with business process owners, technical teams, implementation partners, and project leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Skills Required:

• 9-12 years of relevant SAP FICO consulting experience; candidates with up to 15 years may also be considered.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA FICO experience with strong Management Accounting and Controlling expertise.
• Experience designing SAP finance solutions for enterprise implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of cost allocation, planning, budgeting, period-end closing, profitability analysis, and management reporting requirements.
• Experience with functional integration, data validation, testing, migration support, and production issue resolution across SAP finance processes.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SAP CO, SAP HANA, SAP Financial Accounting, SAP Controlling, SAP Integration, or SAP Migration.

Education: B.Tech or M.Tech degree.
