Role & Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Serve as the functional lead to design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Service components (formerly Customer Service / CRM Service).
• Core Service Configuration: Extensively map and configure business processes including Service Contracts, Service Orders, Service Requests, Customer Warranties, and Resource-Related Billing (RRB).
• Business Process Mapping: Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis, and translate business operational strategies into localized SAP configurations.
• Cross-Module Integration: Drive seamless process execution by ensuring tight integration between the S/4HANA Service module and SD (Sales), MM (Procurement/Logistics), PP, FICO, and SAP Fiori.
• RICEFW Development Support: Prepare high-quality Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms, coordinating closely with ABAP/technical delivery teams.
• Lifecycle Testing & Support: Drive System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover management, post-go-live hypercare, and structural production support activities.

• Experience:7+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 7+ years of dedicated configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Service / Customer Service. Must have participated in at least one end-to-end (E2E) S/4HANA full lifecycle implementation.
• Education (Strictly Enforced): Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (\(10^{\text{th}} + 12^{\text{th}} + 3\text{ or }4\text{ years}\) Graduation). Part-time, distance learning, or correspondence degrees are ineligible.
• Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.S. or equivalent degree.
• Employment Continuity: Maximum of 2 years of total combined gap throughout the entire academic and career history. Proper background verification documentation must be available for all previous employers.

Required Technical Skills

• Primary Skills: SAP S/4HANA Service Management, Service Order Management, Service Contracts.
• Secondary Skills: SAP Fiori apps usage, SAP SD/MM integration, SAP Activate execution.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, global stakeholder interaction capability, and active professional communication
