SAP REFX Senior Consultant

• Minimum 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with substantial hands-on SAP RE-FX functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP RE-FX configuration and real estate business processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA RE-FX.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate object management and contract management.
• Strong experience with lease-in and lease-out contracts, rental conditions, rent adjustments, and recurring postings.
• Understanding of service charge settlement, security deposits, and property-related financial postings.
• Good understanding of IFRS 16 lease accounting, including right-of-use (ROU) assets, lease liabilities, depreciation/amortization, and interest postings.
• Strong integration knowledge of SAP FI/CO, FI-AA, MM, and AP/AR.
• Experience in functional specifications, testing, data migration, and production support.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and work effectively with technical teams.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least one end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementation or transformation project; multiple implementations preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property management, leasing, facilities management, or corporate real estate environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP certification in RE-FX or relevant SAP Finance modules is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and modern SAP architecture.
• Knowledge of ASC 842, where relevant to the client.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with third-party lease management or property management systems.
• Experience in multinational, multi-company-code, or large real estate portfolio environments.
