SAP Quality Mangement (QM) (Consultant / Trainee / Intern)

Role & responsibilities

SAP QM Functional Support

• Support implementation activities in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Assist in gathering and gap analysis of business requirements and documenting

functional specifications.

• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process discussions.
• Configure and maintain SAP QM master data including:
• Inspection Plans
• Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC)
• Sampling Procedures
• Quality Info Records
• Catalogs and Code Groups
• Support inspection lot processing, result recording, defect recording, and usage
• decisions.

• Project Execution & Testing
• • Participate in Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases of SAP projects.
• • Prepare and execute:
• o Unit Test Scripts
• o Integration Tests
• o User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• • Assist in defect tracking and issue resolution.
• • Support cutover planning and go-live activities.
• • Validate migrated data and master data quality.
