Job Description – SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant

Location: TCS – Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Quality Management (QM) processes in SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
• Implement and enhance Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications.
• Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, PM, WM/EWM, and SD modules.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and provide end-to-end solutions.
• Support master data setup, inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality certificates.
• Execute system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Provide user training and documentation for QM business processes.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA QM implementations and support projects.
• Expertise in QM integration with MM, PP, PM, and SD modules.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP EWM and Manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and Embedded Analytics.
• SAP QM certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
