Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP QM business processes.
• Implement quality planning, inspections, notifications, and certifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and requirement gathering.
• Prepare functional specifications and support developments.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Integrate QM with PP, MM, SD, EWM, MES, and other SAP modules.
• Support workshops, UAT, cutover, and production support activities.
• Train business users and provide post-go-live support.
