SAP S/4HANA Global Template Owner Quality Management (QM)
Job Summary Seeking a skilled and aspiring Global Template Owner for SAP Quality Management (QM) within SAP S/4HANA. This role is responsible for developing and governing the global quality management template supporting inspection, compliance, manufacturing quality, and supplier quality processes.
Key Responsibilities Template Design and Governance - Define global quality management standards.
- Govern SAP QM template.
- Standardize inspection and quality processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead QM implementations.
- Coordinate testing and validation.
- Support user adoption.
- Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Gather business requirements.
- Standardize quality processes globally.
- Improve inspection processes.
- Enhance supplier quality management.
- Optimize quality reporting.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Provide functional support.
- Resolve quality management issues.
- Coordinate enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or IT.
- 5+ years SAP QM experience.

- Calibration integration
- Experience implementing global quality templates.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and globally distributed environment.
- Experience working with Agile, SAP Activate, or hybrid implementation methodologies.

- Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Participation in critical project milestones, production support, and global governance forums as needed.
