Role & responsibilities

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Manual QA Testing, preferably SAP Retail + SAP MM.
• Strong understanding of O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes.
• Experience in E-commerce O2C for B2B and B2C customers.
• Good knowledge of SAP Retail areas such as Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Promotions, Rebates and Order Management.
• Strong understanding of IDOCs and SAP master data including Article, Vendor and Customer.
• Knowledge of Merchandise Hierarchy, Categories, Assortments, Listing, Sites and Inventory Management.
• Exposure to SAP CAR/POS and XML file processing is an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases and test plans.
• Hands-on experience in test execution, defect logging and defect tracking using JIRA/HP ALM.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, test design and end-to-end testing.
• Experience coordinating with functional consultants, business users and other testing teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership, problem-solving and adaptability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 4-8 years of experience in SAP Testing
• Prepare test strategies, plans and scenarios based on client requirements.
• Independently plan, execute and monitor testing activities within timelines.
• Coordinate with automation, QA and cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
• Track and report testing progress, issues and risks to IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead testing activities while effectively managing large teams, deadlines and changing requirements.
