9 AMDC1A Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. Throughout the day, the engineer focuses on creating high-quality code, troubleshooting issues, and refining software to meet specific organizational goals, contributing to the overall success of projects and business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless communication between software modules.- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing software for performance and reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required
