Sap Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and support engagements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage SAP functional and technical teams across modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage change requests and project documentation.
• Track project KPIs and ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in SAP project execution.

Required Skills

• Strong experience managing SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA lifecycle and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional processes and integrations.
• Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations.
• SAP Cloud migrations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Healthcare, or BFSI domain experience.
