SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

8+ years of experience in SAP Project Management

Location: Pune Mumbai Bengaluru and Hyderabad

• Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks

Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation Go-Live)

• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
• Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsLead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery
• • Define and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones
• • Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy
• • Manage project governance, reporting, and status tracking
• • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• • Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams
• • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans
• • Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking
• • Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)
• • Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance
• • Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
• • Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• • Manage vendor and partner relationships
• • Ensure successful change management and user adoption
