Sap Project Manager

• The position will act as the bridge between Procurement, IT/Digitalization, Finance, Supply Chain, suppliers, implementation partners, and technology teams, ensuring that the SRM solution delivers measurable business value.
• The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic project that align with business goals. This role manages a portfolio of interrelated projects, leads cross-functional teams, ensures resource alignment, and mitigates risks to deliver outcomes on time and within budget. Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for multiple projects and initiatives.
• Work with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of all projects within the program.
• Track program performance and proactively manage changes in scope, timelines, or resources.
• Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate regular Project status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive briefings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and strong relationship with internal and external partners.
• Identify program risks and dependencies early; develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Resolve conflicts or escalations quickly to ensure program continuity.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Communicate architecture decisions and benefits to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, data, application, and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and Maintain: Project Charter, Project Plan, WBS, Milestone, Resource plan

Risk & Issue Register, Dependency tracker, RAID log, Project governance etc.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Proficient in SRM, SCM, Procurement, Logistics Functionalities Ivalua, GoComet, SAP Reports and Dashboards.
• R2R, P2P, O2C Process.

QUALIFICATION

MBA/MCA/BTech/BE or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

10 + Exp. in Manufacturing (Oil & Gas, Metal, Mining, Fertilizer, Power, FMCG etc.)

CERTIFICATIONS

Ivalua, GoComet, SRM, CRM, PMP, Prince 2 and ITIL etc.
