SAP Project Manager (ECC/QAD To S/4HANA Migration)

Position: SAP Project Manage(QAD to S/4HANA Migration)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
• Manage ECC to S/4HANA and QAD to S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors.
• Drive data migration, system integration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with:
• ECC to S/4HANA Migration
• QAD to SAP Migration
• Data Migration Strategies
• SAP Activate Methodology
• Cutover & Go-Live Planning
• SAP Integration Landscape
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as:
• FI/CO
• MM
• SD
• PP
• WM/EWM
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Activate Certification.
• PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments.
• Exposure to cloud deployments (RISE with SAP, Azure, AWS, GCP).
