SAP Production Planning / Quality Management (PP/QM) Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience, deep manufacturing process knowledge, and strong cross-functional integration expertise across MM, SD, EWM, PM, CO, and MES systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design SAP PP/QM solutions.
• Configure and support Production Planning processes including:
• MRP / MRP Live
• Production Orders
• BOM
• Routing
• Work Centers
• Capacity Planning
• Batch Management
• Configure Quality Management processes including:
• Inspection Plans
• MICs
• Sampling Procedures
• Quality Notifications
• Results Recording
• Usage Decision
• Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Perform integration testing across multiple SAP modules.
• Support data migration, enhancements, and WRICEF development activities.
• Collaborate with business users and global stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
