As a SAP GRC PC Consultant, you will :

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP GRC Process Control and SAP Security & Authorizations.
• Lead the design, implementation, and support of governance, risk, and compliance solutions across SAP landscapes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, compliance teams, and SAP functional teams to strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Drive Segregation of Duties (SoD) governance, risk assessment, control monitoring, and remediation activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Security, Fiori Security, and GRC Process Control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and organizational security requirements.

SAP GRC Process Control

• Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Process Control solutions.
• Define and maintain business process controls, compliance frameworks, and control objectives.
• Configure control monitoring, automated controls, surveys, certifications, and workflow processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance activities across SAP applications.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, reports, and control effectiveness metrics.
• Support continuous control monitoring and process improvement initiatives.
  
  

SAP Security & Authorization

• Design, build, and maintain SAP S/4HANA security roles, including:
• Business Roles
• Technical Roles
• Firefighter (FF) Roles
• Composite and Single Roles
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned with organizational security policies.
• Configure and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and mitigation procedures.
• Perform user access reviews, risk analysis, and remediation activities.
• Manage user provisioning and authorization governance processes.
  

SAP Fiori Security

• Design and administer Fiori catalogs, spaces, pages, and groups.
• Configure target mappings, semantic objects, and app authorizations.
• Utilize SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library to identify application dependencies and authorization requirements.
• Troubleshoot Fiori and backend authorization issues using SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, and other security trace tools.
• Support end-to-end Fiori launchpad security architecture.
  
  

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify security and compliance risks within SAP environments.
• Define mitigation controls and monitor compliance effectiveness.
• Support audit readiness, compliance reporting, and regulatory assessments.
• Ensure adherence to internal security policies, SOX compliance, and governance standards.
  
  

SAP GRC Process Control

Your Profile - Skills Required :

Mandatory Skills

• 6-12 years of SAP Security and GRC experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP GRC Process Control.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security and Authorizations.
• Experience in:
• Role Design & Role Maintenance
• Firefighter Access Management
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Risk Analysis and Remediation
• User Access Reviews
• Compliance Monitoring
• Strong experience with SAP Fiori Security, including:
• Fiori Catalogs
• Spaces & Pages
• Target Mappings
• Semantic Objects
• App Authorization Management
• Proficiency in authorization troubleshooting tools such as SU53, ST01, and STAUTHTRACE.
• Knowledge of SAP Identity and Access Governance concepts.
• Strong understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
• SAP BTP Security experience.
• BW/4HANA or BW on HANA Security experience.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project experience.
• Knowledge of SAP IAS, IPS, and Identity Access Management solutions.
• Understanding of SOX, ITGC, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications preferred.
