SAP PP/QM

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM/PPDS Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling. The consultant will be responsible for AMS and production support, issue resolution, process monitoring, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP PP, QM, and PPDS in an AMS/production support environment.
• Support MRP, production orders, production planning, and scheduling processes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to production planning and execution.
• Support quality notifications, inspection lots, inspection planning, and quality processes.
• Handle batch management and batch-related planning issues.
• Support PPDS planning and detailed scheduling activities.
• Analyze production and planning issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage and resolve Incidents, Problems, and Change Requests as per defined SLAs.
• Provide production and hypercare support during deployments, releases, upgrades, and major changes.
• Coordinate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in SAP PP.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM.
• Good experience in SAP PPDS.

• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM and FI/CO.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to SAP RISE.
• Experience with PPDS in S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing environments.
