Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP PP, QM, PS, and EAM implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP modules based on project requirements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and production activities.
- Lead project activities and provide guidance to team members where applicable.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP, QM, PS, and EAM.
- Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, and production support.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and cross-module integration.
- Ability to analyze requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 10+ years of relevant experience for Lead.
- 8+ years of relevant experience for Consultant.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Global SAP implementation/support experience.
- Experience in leading functional teams.
