SAP PP Consultant Experience: 5+ Years. Location: Hybrid. Employment Type: Full-Time. We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to manage and support SAP Production Planning processes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, implementation, and integration with other SAP modules.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP PP modules including: Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing) MRP, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions
- Execute production planning, scheduling, and order processing
- Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and FICO modules
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and enhancements
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
- Provide user training and post-go-live support
- Ensure compliance with business and manufacturing processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP
- Strong knowledge of: Discrete / Process / Repetitive Manufacturing MRP, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP PP Certification
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive domain
- Exposure to S/4HANA migration or implementation projects
