Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP-PI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA/ECC Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI). The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancements for process manufacturing industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, FMCG, and Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP-PI business processes.
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Design and implement PP-PI solutions in SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Configure and manage:
• Process Orders
• Master Recipes
• Production Versions
• Resources
• PI Sheets
• Control Recipes
• Batch Management
• Process Manufacturing
• Work on MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Execution.
• Integrate PP-PI with SAP QM, MM, SD, WM/EWM, PM, and MES systems.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Support data migration, interfaces, and production support activities.
