Key Requirements
- 6-10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
- Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects, including Simplification Item analysis and remediation activities.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), MRP Live, Production Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Repetitive Manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, Batch Management, and Production Execution.
- Extensive experience in Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Non-Conformance Management, Vendor Quality Management, Audit Management, and Certificate Processing.
- Strong knowledge of PP/QM master data management including Material Master, BOM, Routings, Recipes, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Plans, MICs, and Sampling Procedures.
- Experience in manufacturing process transformation, production optimization, quality compliance, and continuous improvement programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing capabilities and business process redesign initiatives.
- Experience supporting integration with SAP MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO modules.
